Can I unlock my radio myself?

It is sometimes possible for us to provide you with the code you need over the phone, so you can decode your radio yourself.

We charge £10 for this service which can be paid over the phone when you receive your code.

I've heard their is a master reset code to unlock my radio?

We have been unlocking radios since manufacturers have been installing locks on them, we have heard of something similar to this in other countries, but for radios released in the UK we know of no master key.

I've contacted the dealer network and the code I have been given doesn't work

This could be because the radio is different to the original system supplied when the car was new. It could also be that the radio has been recoded already.

I'm positive the code I have is right but the radio still wont unlock

Most radios use some sort of time delay system to provide additional security. If you have input a code incorrectly then the radio may lock out all attempts including correct ones. Blaupunkt radios have a 1 hour delay between attempts, other systems allow a maximum number of attempts before the radio 'locks down', at which point you will need someone like us to unlock your radio.
